EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

Subject to the provisions of this Exchange and Return Policy, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original package or box. You'll also need the original receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label by email, as well as instructions on the pick-up date and time from the shipping company. Please hand in the return label along with the product to the courier for collection. Note that returns using courier services sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once you share the gift receipt.

Please note that if your country of residence is not Saudi Arabia, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns & refunds on sale items or gift cards & vouchers.

Exchanges

We are not currently able to offer Exchanges. Instead, items that are eligible for returns should follow the returns process discussed above.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not yet received your refund, please contact us at support@ideeart.com
